Any person residing in the area within the jurisdiction of the organization, i.e. Ward No. 4 and 5 and neighboring area in which it has been carrying out its activities, and not disqualified under the law of Nepal is entitled to be its member. Any member can relinquish its membership in his/her decision at any time as per his or her wishes according the rules. THE PROCESS TO BE A MEMBER AND THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MEMBER 1. Pay entrance fee Rs. 100 and institutional development fee Rs. 500 2. Get sponsorship from the member of the Durga Bhawani SACCOS 3. Produce photo copy of citizenship certificate and 2 copies of pp size photos. 4. Provide name of the heir or nominee along with one copy of photo. 5. Get ready to deposit at least Rs. 100 every month. 6. Get ready to buy at least 50 part of shares worth Rs. 100 each. 7. Obey to follow the by laws, act and articles of the society. 8. Show active participation in the Annual General Meeting and in the programs organized by the society. 9. Place necessary suggestions to make further improvement. 10. To do or think always good towards the betterment of the society. |
