With the declared objective of bringing about sustainable economic development of the members in its jurisdiction the organization has been carrying out programs like inculcating the habit of saving regularly, investing the savings for income generating projects, and doing skill-oriented works as well as mutual cooperation awareness programmes for the social and personal benefit of the members.

As per concept of the cooperatives this organization has been able to provide financial assistance although in a small amount to the economic development activities started by the Government of Nepal directed towards solving the financial problems of its members.
