- To promote to be a member of this SACCOS at least one person from a family
- To increase the efficiency and dexterity of the members by bringing about development in their social, economic, and cultural conditions.
- To form different groups of member for the collection of savings and provide loans on group basis or on the recommendation of the groups.
- To make arrangements for the representation in the General Meeting on the basis of the number of members in the groups
- To bring about cooperation and coordination among the cooperative organizations.
- To give importance to the preservation, conservation and protection of the religious, cultural, musical and literary heritage.
- To spread cooperative education and training all over.
- To set up cooperatives' schools and colleges thereby to provide quality formal and non-formal education.
- To make modern banking services available with the use of modern scientific techniques and tools.
- To make efforts to have clearance facility by obtaining permission from Nepal Rastra Bank for carrying out banking transactions and get permit for the operation of financial company, development bank etc.
